That's right. Eleven miles. I am ready to kick butt at the half marathon in...two weeks!
Two bottles of Cytomax were my only fuel, so two or three bottles and a sandwich should be good for the race. I am so craving protein now...fried eggs maybe.

I did 6.3 miles plus some amount which I can't report because I turned off the Garmin and forgot to turn it back on right away. So 6.3 plus what I think was a quarter mile.

three and a half weeks to go
I can't believe the race is in less than four weeks. I'm excited. I think I'll be able to do it. I've been varying my training and getting outdoors more. The heat is a challenge. But having a jogging stroller is a huge help. With a sunshade for the baby.
ETA: The Garmin also rocks. Easy to do a couple of walks and report on my total day's milage. Woooooo!
